About the role
A full-time night shift position for a registered nurse in a Medical-Surgical unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift operations by assigning patient loads and ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
- Mentor and empower nursing staff through real-time guidance to promote clinical excellence.
- Address patient and family concerns with empathy, advocating for a safe and supportive environment.
- Optimize resource and supply workflows to support seamless bedside care.
- Evaluate team performance and contribute to hiring and professional development.
Requirements
- Active RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; Med Surg expertise preferred.
