Responsibilities
- Delivering top-of-scope patient care using respiratory protocols
- Managing ventilators, airway support, and pulmonary therapies
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Precepting new staff
- Contributing to safety and quality initiatives through clinical and process improvement projects
Qualifications
- BSRT in respiratory therapy or ongoing BSRT
- RRT credential
- State licensure as RT
- 3+ years of acute care experience
- Instructional teaching skills
- BLS certification (additional ACLS, NPS, ACCS preferred)
