About the role
Provide direct patient care in a technologically advanced clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope respiratory care utilizing protocols and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize patient wellness.
- Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to safety and quality improvements.
- Manage ventilator integration, pulmonary support, and airway management across care levels.
- Engage in clinical and process improvement projects to support growth and advancement.
Requirements
- BSRT in respiratory therapy or ongoing coursework.
- Valid state licensure and NBRC RRT credential.
- At least 3 years of acute care experience.
- Instructional teaching skills and BLS certification.
- Preferred certifications: ACLS, ACCS, and NPS.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills.
