Responsibilities
- Coordinate, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives of the Clinical Center of Excellence.
- Lead clinical project management efforts, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure high-quality execution of initiatives.
- Work as a member of the CCOE and collaborate with clinical leaders, operational leaders, analysts, and subject matter experts to manage projects from conception through implementation.
- Cross-functional workgroup coordination, maintaining project plans and timelines, organizing clinical and operational data, supporting quality assurance and compliance initiatives, developing dashboards and reports, and ensuring organizational priorities align with the company's clinical strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience.
- Strong knowledge of organizational behavior management, I/O psychology, project management efforts, systems analyses, etc.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ideal experience includes experience in multi-state ABA service delivery organizations, experience with accreditation standards (e.g., BHCOE, CARF, ACQ), and experience leading large-scale quality improvement initiatives.
