Join our team as a full-time, day shift Clinical Educator Registered Nurse in the New Life Center. Key Responsibilities Orient new staff and plan/implement educational activities to meet competency and accreditation standards.Oversee staff progression through orientation, maintain documentation, and develop current training materials.Assess learning needs, coordinate staff development programs, and stay updated on training techniques.Provide leadership to promote teamwork, ensure regulatory compliance, and support evidence-based practices.Encourage practice changes to improve patient outcomes and act as a liaison between management and staff.Complete mandatory education and competencies within the required timeframe. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current Kansas RN license.BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience, including one year in the area. Preferred Skills Master’s degree in Education or Nursing.Previous teaching experience.
