Ideal Candidate

You’re a confident, compassionate leader with:
4+ years of clinical experience (bonus if you’ve mentored or led before)
Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
A growth mindset and collaborative leadership style

Pay Range

The Pay Range For This Role Is: 180,000.00 - 240,000.00 USD per year (Montclair Pet Hospital)
