About the role
Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC) seeks a talented BCBA to serve as a Clinical Director. This role involves overseeing general building needs, client progress, coordination of outside visits/assessments, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers. The Clinical Director does not oversee a caseload of learners but plays a crucial role in ensuring effective service delivery, a positive working environment, and ongoing training of those they oversee.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
- 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience
- Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills
- Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies
- Maintains all expectations of Senior Program Manager (SR PM) position based on checklist attached
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles and practices
- Experience with naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care
- Ability to facilitate frequent, combined meetings among professionals on staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
