Clinical Director (BCBA) - $20,000 Bonus

About the role

Lighthouse Autism Center offers a comprehensive package including a $20,000 bonus for the right candidate. We are seeking a BCBA who can contribute to our mission of setting individuals up for success through individualized programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized programming focusing on communication, independence, and self-advocacy
• Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee to ensure best practices in behavior analysis
• Lead and mentor a team of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
• Manage and supervise a realistic caseload while maintaining consistent schedules
• Participate in quarterly bonus programs and flexible scheduling options
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture emphasizing ethical care and trauma-informed practices

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
• 2 to 3 years of management/supervision experience
• Exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills
• Independence in ABA programming and implementation of evidence-based interventions
• Maintain compliance with SR PM position requirements as outlined in the attached checklist

Pay

Up to $120,000 dependent on experience
