Clinical Director Assisted Living

Job Summary

The Clinical Director will organize and oversee people and programs for Los Alamos Assisted Living. This role will be responsible for supervising and directing teams, budget, resident care issues and compliance. The right person for this role will possess excellent management, mentoring, communication and problem-solving skills. Must be competent to perform all duties in the absence of the HD, Assisted Living Director. Must be capable of making mature judgments and interfacing with residents and resident families.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee people and programs for Los Alamos Assisted Living
• Supervise and direct teams
• Manage the budget
• Address and resolve resident care issues and ensure compliance
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits

Qualifications

• Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse degree
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational leadership qualities with experience in building and boosting morale among staff members
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
• Ability to effectively address and resolve employee conflict, resident and family concerns
