Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility
- Ensure all residents receive high-quality care and support
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage staff and ensure their professional development
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in senior care management
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Current certification in long-term care
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
