Clinical Counselor- LSW or LPC
Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Stay abreast of state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling
- Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program
- Current and valid Ohio State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Previous experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and presenting issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate within a team
- Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations
- Dedication to continuous professional development
- Supervisor experience (preferred)

$60,000 - $78,000 annually
