Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients as per treatment plans
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• LCSW or LPC license in good standing
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
