Role: Clinical Leader for a Community Support Program Responsibilities Supervise and develop case managers to ensure quality service deliveryProvide clinical and case management services to participantsGuide assessments, treatment planning, crisis response, and coordination of complex casesMonitor documentation to ensure compliance with standardsCollaborate with families, providers, community partners, and local authoritiesEngage in office, community, and participant-home work to support program goals Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical leadership and supervisory skillsExperience in case management and treatment planningAbility to handle complex cases and crisis situationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of documentation and compliance standardsComfort with multi-site work environments, including home and community settings
