Clinical Coordinator- Full Time

About the role

This position will coordinate and balance the needs of a diverse student population and faculty, and manage multiple science materials, media, and inventory. The role requires the ability to adapt, direct, and multi-task, with exemplary lab and organizational skills.

Hourly rate of $28–31/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining information tracking sheets for academics
• Assist with scanning of documents for academics
• Operate a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, scanners, and calculators
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing academic files
• Assist with updating program-specific forms
• Audit faculty and student files for academic programs and notify appropriate individuals of missing or outdated documentation
• Schedule all clinical rotations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to maintain records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
• Ability to shift quickly from one task to another to maintain productivity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Medical terminology knowledge or work experience in healthcare

• Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift and carry up to [weight] pounds
