Clinical Associate Professor of Psychology

10-month clinical track position at the Associate Professor level in Psychology with specialty in counseling or clinical practice. The appointment will begin in August 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Teach 12 credit hours per semester (2-3 course preparations)
  • Advise psychology majors
  • Engage in clinical or counseling practice or activities
  • Participate in service activities
  • Explore new programmatic and curricular opportunities in concert with the chair and the dean
  • Teach undergraduate courses in clinical or counseling psychology, psychopathology, and special topic classes in area of expertise

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
  • Requisite licensure for clinical practice
