About the role
The Psychology Department at the University of Southern Indiana, a public university in Evansville, Indiana, seeks applications for a 10-month clinical track position at the Associate Professor level in Psychology with specialty in counseling or clinical practice. The appointment will begin in August 2027.
Responsibilities
- Teach 12 credit hours per semester (2-3 course preparations)
- Advise psychology majors
- Engage in clinical or counseling practice or activities
- Participate in service activities
- Explore new programmatic and curricular opportunities in concert with the chair and the dean
Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate course offerings in clinical or counseling psychology, psychopathology, and special topic classes in the applicant’s area of expertise.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Requisite licensure for clinical practice
