About the Role

We are seeking a caring, skilled, and motivated Dental Assistant for a successful wellness-oriented practice on the Upper West Side. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1+ years of experience. Dental Assistants at our practice are detail-oriented individuals committed to providing an exceptional patient experience while maintaining efficiency and productivity for our providers. The position involves assisting with dental hygiene, general dentistry, and specialists. Training will be provided to ensure success across the variety of assisting roles required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dental hygiene, general dentistry, and specialist procedures
• Ensure exceptional patient care with a compassionate and gentle approach
• Maintain efficiency and productivity for dental providers
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures
• Experience with digital x-rays and dental software
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Openness to learning, coaching, and professional growth
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts (7:30 AM to 8:30 PM)

Pay

$20.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time (35 – 40 hours per week)
• Start time as early as 7:30 AM
• End time as late as 8:30 PM
• Open 7 days a week, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings
