Clinical Account Executive-Home Health

Primary Responsibilities

• Captures patient referrals from physicians or facilities
• Evaluates patient suitability for home health services
• Schedules and coordinates follow-up appointments with physicians
• Communicates patient reports to physicians and agencies
• Ensures physician orders are signed and communicated to the agency
• Facilitates the ordering and delivery of durable medical equipment
• Coordinates the submission of necessary physician documentation
• Communicates with DON or Branch Manager about physician concerns

Required Qualifications

• Formalized clinical training from an accredited institution
• Licensed in the state of practice
• Home Health or Hospice experience
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role ranges from $68,256 to $102,384 annually based on full-time employment.
