Clinical Account Executive - Home Health

Role Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for executing sales strategies to increase market share by developing relationships with referral sources and educating the medical community on home health and hospice services. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to promote growthImplement and document consistent sales activities with multiple contactsUnderstand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and secure referralsEnhance awareness of services within the healthcare communityServe as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and agencies Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportationExcellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM softwareAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred: 2+ years in home health/hospice sales, understanding of coverage issues, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, and creative marketing ideas Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $72,048 to $108,072 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and retirement options.
