Responsibilities
- Supports direct service staff in providing high quality care.
- Serves as a resource for clinical staff, offering guidance and supervision.
- Maintains compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Develops and maintains a highly effective clinical team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited college.
- Licensed with the Board of California and in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience as an LCSW/LMFT/Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Completion of requirements to supervise registered clinicians and/or interns.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or training in evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT, AF-CBT, IPT, Ind CBT.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) to meet the linguistic needs of the target population.
- Knowledge of computer operation including word processing and spreadsheet capability.
- Two years of experience supervising Mental Health Registered Associates.
- Understanding of process improvement and quality metrics.
Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $38.41 to $54.84 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
