Clinic Supervisor - Pediatrics

About the role

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Clinic Supervisor to support our Pediatrics team at our Ridgefield, Salmon Creek and Battle Ground locations. We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader to oversee daily clinic operations, support staff and providers, improve workflows, and help maintain high standards for service and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff
• Manage performance
• Hire new staff
• Coach staff
• Solve problems to keep the clinic running smoothly

Pay

The pay range is $33.74 - $50.61, and eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefits-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment.
