A Day in the Life
- Lead clinic operations and staff management, including scheduling, performance coaching, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission) and organizational policies.
- Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct audits, reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience (inpatient/outpatient).
- A minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a clinic or outpatient environment.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (preferred).
Qualifications
- A current valid Texas nursing license (RN).
- A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
