About the role
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of the clinic, including staffing, patient flow, team development, operational efficiency, and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and patient education for pediatric and adult patients.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing to meet the needs of multiple providers.
- Lead and support clinic staff while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements.
- Communicate regularly with physicians, APPs, management, and other departments regarding clinic needs.
- Coordinate provider scheduling and staffing requirements.
- Organize and facilitate staff meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Participate in organizational committees and monthly management meetings.
- Identify staff development and training needs and coordinate appropriate opportunities.
- Partner with Clinic Operations, Professional Development, and Human Resources on staffing and employee-related matters.
- Identify operational issues, take initiative, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a professional, flexible, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Colorado RN license.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Experience caring for both adult and pediatric patients.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts per week (four-day workweek, no nights or holidays).
