RN Clinic Manager
About the role
Reporting to the Medical Director, the RN Clinic Manager will lead the Nursing Team at USC Street Medicine’s Clinical Practice with administrative responsibilities over nursing policy and procedures, quality improvement initiatives, oversee hiring, onboarding, operations and supervision of a team of nurses and support staff. The RN Clinic Manager also provides direct nursing care part time, 2 days per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Master's degree
- Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
- Minimum Experience: 5 years
- Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience
- Preferred Education: Master's degree
- Preferred Experience: 7 years
Pay
Pay Range: $$119,616 - $129,366
Schedule
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
