Role Overview: The Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, developing personalized patient care plans, and delivering high-quality outpatient physical therapy services. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.Utilize advanced software to measure patient outcomes and document evaluations, treatments, and discharges efficiently.Manage clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.Collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and a positive clinic culture.Pursue ongoing professional development through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events. Qualifications & Skills Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.Licensed or license eligible as a PT.Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.Passion for learning, growth, and making a positive impact.
