About the role
The Office / Clinic Manager at Metro Vein Centers is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a clinic, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of patient care. With over 70 clinics across 8 states, Metro Vein Centers is dedicated to improving people's quality of life through advanced vein treatments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations and front desk workflows
- Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Lead weekly 1:1s, attend monthly leadership meetings, and participate in off-site quarterly team gatherings
- Own the clinic schedule—create and manage staffing coverage, approve PTO, and ensure appropriate support
- Communicate and implement updated policies and procedural changes
- Ensure customer service excellence and handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Serve as the first point of contact for all office-related issues and coordinate with upper management
- Manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and monthly facility audits
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and building maintenance needs
Requirements
- Healthcare leadership experience required
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication skills—including active listening, clear delegation, and professional writing
- Proficiency in using scheduling, reporting, or office management tools
- A service-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve issues calmly and quickly
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not required
