About the role

The Office / Clinic Manager at Metro Vein Centers is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a clinic, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of patient care. With over 70 clinics across 8 states, Metro Vein Centers is dedicated to improving people's quality of life through advanced vein treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations and front desk workflows
  • Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
  • Lead weekly 1:1s, attend monthly leadership meetings, and participate in off-site quarterly team gatherings
  • Own the clinic schedule—create and manage staffing coverage, approve PTO, and ensure appropriate support
  • Communicate and implement updated policies and procedural changes
  • Ensure customer service excellence and handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all office-related issues and coordinate with upper management
  • Manage supply ordering, inventory tracking, and monthly facility audits
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and building maintenance needs

Requirements

  • Healthcare leadership experience required
  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Excellent communication skills—including active listening, clear delegation, and professional writing
  • Proficiency in using scheduling, reporting, or office management tools
  • A service-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve issues calmly and quickly
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not required
