Job Summary

The Outpatient Clinic Intake Coordinator is an essential part of our dynamic team, serving as a clinical leader and performance manager. This role oversees all aspects of the Clinic's intake process, guiding clients from their very first assessment all the way to matching them with an outpatient clinician.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the clinic’s intake process to ensure a smooth transition and top-notch care for every individual.
  • Maintain high standards through supervisory discussions and thorough clinical record reviews.
  • Provide support to clinical staff and team members during business hours via telephone or in person, especially during crises.
  • Participate in the On-Call Rotation, covering extended daytime hours, Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings until 8 PM.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director and Advanced Practice Clinicians on various critical matters, including case assignment, caseload management, outstanding work completion, and development of improvement plans.
  • Tackle important safety, clinical, and billing issues to uphold the commitment to the highest standards of care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other mental health discipline.
  • Independent Licensure required.
  • Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer technology required.
  • Minimum two years post-graduate experience required and five years strongly preferred.

Compensation

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $85,010 - $100,006 USD.
