Clinic Coordinator - Primary Care Clinic - Full time

The Clinic Coordinator works as a patient-facing member of the healthcare team to coordinate patient services and support the daily operations of Aspen Valley Hospital outpatient clinics.

About the role

The position is full-time with flexible shifts including day, night, and weekend hours. Compensation ranges from $22.05 to $35.28 per hour, with additional differentials for night and weekend shifts up to $2.25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications including years of experience, formal education, and professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient services and support clinic operations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Manage clinic schedules and appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as insurance verification and patient billing.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Previous work experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
