About the role

We are seeking an energetic Clinic Coordinator to support families and therapists at our PRIME Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Homewood, IL. This on-site position requires quick thinking, a deep understanding of your impact, and a passion for putting kids first.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance prior to treatments being performed
• Organize and maintain the clinic filing system and correspondence
• Collect and record intake information and educate families on clinic needs
• Coordinate and maintain the clinic therapy schedule
• Submit for initial authorization of services and manage ongoing needs
• Collect data vital to clinic performance
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists focused on pediatric care

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Problem-solving skills in a professional and timely manner
• History of excellent project management
• Confidence and competence with computers, scheduling programs, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Experience with Epic EMR (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ethical in all aspects of work
