Clinic Coordinator - Family Care Express - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for the personnel and staffing of the clinic. Oversees the record keeping and directs the efforts of the clinic to provide the highest quality service. Working knowledge of computers is required. Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule of clinic employees to ensure operations
• Work with Administration and employees to resolve patient complaints
• Manage monthly and daily reporting requirements
• Supervise/evaluate employee performance, coordinate performance improvement initiatives and provide corrective disciplinary action in collaboration with Clinic Director
• Supervise clinic workflow
• Coordinate support issues
• Other duties as assigned
