Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Basic office and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Baton Rouge Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join their team in Baton Rouge. The position offers a pay range of $17-$19 per hour, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), with shifts in Denham Springs and Johns Creek.
