Behavioral Framework is expanding and opening a brand-new ABA clinic in Gilbert, AZ — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
• Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support
• Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes

Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 1 Year Of ABA Supervisory Experience
• Preferred: Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care

$100,000.00

Schedule

Unique 3-Day Work Week: Monday–Wednesday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Thursday–Saturday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM

No Billable Hour Requirements

Qualifications
