About the Role

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB
- Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
- Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
- Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed
- Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
- Exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: starting at $85,000 more depending on experience
- $1,000 annually for CEU’s, licensure and conferences

Requirements
- No direct 1:1 therapy hours required
- Minimum 24 hours billable (per week)
- Attainable bonus structure for billable hours over 24
- Small caseload of 6-10 clients
