Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed
• Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
• Exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary: starting at $85,000 more depending on experience
• $1,000 annually for CEU’s, licensure and conferences

Requirements

• No direct 1:1 therapy hours required
• Minimum 24 hours billable (per week)
• Attainable bonus structure for billable hours over 24
• Small caseload of 6-10 clients
