About the role
This opportunity offers a unique, block schedule that allows for a short work week every week.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required).
- Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification (in good standing).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred.
- Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.
