About the role

As a BCBA at Behavioral Framework, you will supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, provide parent training and case supervision, conduct assessments, and collaborate with diverse families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required)
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes

Requirements

• BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA (preferred)
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes

Qualifications
