About the Role

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Adhere to safety protocols, maintaining alertness and safe work practices at all times.

Requirements

• RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills.
