Outpatient RN Clinical Care Leader - Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)

Position Responsibilities

• Cook up and facilitate outpatient ECT treatments.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care for patients undergoing ECT.
• Perform patient assessments, education, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, anesthesia providers, and other members of the care team to ensure safe, efficient treatment delivery.
• Maintain vigilance over patients throughout the treatment process and respond to clinical needs.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating care across multiple disciplines.
• Preferred procedural or behavioral health experience.
