Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key C-level executives to integrate our solution into strategic goals
  • Ensure project staffing with global teams for effective engagement delivery
  • Guide customers on design maturity to boost platform adoption
  • Mentor team members to enhance their performance and support
  • Lead the entire customer value journey from landing to renewal
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to establish roadmaps and value plans
  • Drive value realization and maintain client satisfaction through quality project execution
  • Organize customer advisory boards to gather insights and address challenges
  • Represent the customer perspective internally for product and service alignment
  • Promote customer engagement at industry events and contribute thought leadership

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields; MBA preferred
  • Deep expertise in Utilities Energy, with a focus on C-Suite engagement
  • Proven track record with large-scale transformation and process re-engineering
  • Experience driving successful software solution implementations
  • Skilled in navigating global organizations with persuasive data-driven methods
  • Consultative approach with senior executives
  • Strong team player with entrepreneurial leadership style
  • Exceptional project management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect technology with business outcomes
  • Proactive and self-motivated; thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% to meet client needs
