About the role
Celonis is seeking a seasoned consulting leader to drive high-stakes engagements in the Energy & Utilities sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the sector and a proven track record in leading complex transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Leverage Celonis Process Intelligence platform to align macro energy sector strategies with execution-level transformation roadmaps.
Deploy Celonis Process Intelligence Graph to build systemic, end-to-end operational models of complex utility enterprises.
Formulate Celonis Value Assessments to justify massive cloud and Edge AI investments, ensuring C-suite approval.
Guide Fortune 500 E&U clients through enterprise-wide transformations, from diagnostic discovery to closed-loop automation.
Create Celonis Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to embed data-driven decision-making into client cultures.
Resolve complex operational leakages across siloed utility stacks, focusing on capital procurement, field services, and energy settlement invoicing.
Convert regulatory mandates into automated, visual compliance audits, turning abstract risks into compelling business cases.
Integrate industrial telemetry data into Celonis to develop high-margin, executive-ready offerings like real-time storm response and predictive asset failure.
Develop scalable Celonis apps and action templates to establish industry-specific intellectual property and drive rapid time-to-value.
Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in a Big Four or elite management consulting firm, currently operating at the Director, Managing Director, or Partner level.
Deep expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector, with a track record of leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
Strong conceptual understanding of Process Mining paradigms and experience with Celonis, though not required.
Comprehensive understanding of the modern enterprise stack and emerging data/AI paradigms.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. An MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Proven commercial acumen in client origination, relationship management, and driving account growth through value-based selling.
Technical fluency in directing data scientists, engineers, and solution architects.
