Client Value Partner (CVP) - Oil & Gas Industry

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate customer priorities into impactful the company use cases
• Create demonstrations and business cases to attract new customers using industry benchmarks
• Conduct Value Assessments and communicate value opportunities to executive leadership
• Lead workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancements using the company
• Advise on improvement actions and initiate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Manage the complete customer value journey from acquisition to renewal and expansion
• Collaborate with product teams to provide insights for platform enhancements based on customer needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' experience in an analytical/customer-facing role focused on business data analysis and process improvement
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with Business Software/SaaS applications and understanding of AI technology implementations
• Proven experience in driving business process improvements and training teams as a change agent
• Skilled in project management, including planning and executing project scopes and timelines
• Deep understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain functions and strategic transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Industrial/Business Engineering, Technology, or Informatics
