Client Transformation Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful execution of client implementation programs utilizing the Build-Operate-Transfer methodology
• Identify and implement solutions that facilitate client transitions to new software and operating models
• Cultivate deep relationships with C-suite executives of client organizations
• Lead a dedicated team of Client Delivery Leads across various functional areas
• Ensure alignment between Client Engineers and the broader product development team to meet client expectations
• Communicate progress and value to all stakeholders accurately and routinely
• Establish a sustainable governance structure for client management post-implementation

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Regulated Utilities, preferably in North America
• Strong background in leading enterprise-level technology implementations in utilities or similar sectors
• Proven track record of engaging with C-suite clients and steering strategic business transformations
• Hands-on experience managing global implementation teams from diverse professional backgrounds
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on impactful discussions
• Ability to align client's success metrics with actionable strategies without automatic consent
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster effective collaboration across teams
