Client Transformation Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Client Transformation Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead complex client transformation programs that help enterprise customers move to new software and operating models. You will partner closely with C-suite executives, delivery leaders, and cross-functional implementation teams to drive successful outcomes across global engagements. The position calls for strong executive presence, deep program leadership, and the ability to build trust while guiding clients through business change and long-term governance.

Responsibilities

• Account for successful execution of client implementation programs through a Build-Operate-Transfer methodology
• Identify solutions for clients transitioning to new software and operating models
• Foster deep trust with C-suite executives
• Lead client delivery leads across different functional areas
• Ensure prioritization of outcomes from client engineers supporting the transformation effort
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Showcase the company's business value and establish a sustainable governance model post-implementation

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in regulated utilities, particularly in North America
• Strong background in enterprise-level technology implementations and business transformation in utilities or similar sectors
• Proven track record of engaging C-suite clients and leading strategic conversations
• Hands-on leadership of global implementation teams across various domains
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on impactful conversation
• Ability to define and drive client success for business transformation
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with natural gravitas

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $220,000 – $300,000 annually
