About the Role

As a CBRE Client Consulting Transformation Director, you will support client accounts for targeted engagements (typically 3-4 months) to diagnose operational, organizational, and process-related challenges across Occupancy Planning, Space Data Management, and CAD Drawing Management services. This role acts as a hands-on change agent, assessing current-state operations, identifying root causes, and delivering an actionable transformation roadmap to stabilize and optimize account performance. This includes assessing delivery models, identifying risks, and designing programs that enable effective and scalable Occupancy Planning service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct structured diagnostic assessments to evaluate performance across people, process, technology, and governance.
  • Evaluate team capabilities against scope and service expectations.
  • Identify talent gaps and make recommendations for talent transformation.
  • Analyze current-state processes across Occupancy Planning, SDM, and CAD.
  • Define key problem statements and prioritize areas for improvement based on risk, impact, and client outcome.
  • Identify root causes and prioritize improvement areas.
  • Develop a clear transformation roadmap with defined actions and ownership.
  • Define process, governance and operating model changes required to stabilize and improve performance.
  • Lead workshops and working sessions with account teams and client stakeholders.
  • Present recommendations and align leadership on path forward.
  • Support early-stage implementation of priority actions and transition to account leadership ensuring sustained execution.
  • Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers which impact departmental and cross-functional performance.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Lead and influence matrixed teams during diagnostic and transformation engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving accountability.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
