Responsibilities
- Analyzes business needs and evaluates technical and non-technical solutions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develops project deliverables, including project plans, reports, presentations, stakeholder communications, and other deliverables.
- Captures and coordinates project/program meetings.
- Provides collaborative consultation to cross-functional teams and leaders, providing analysis and recommendations to address medium to complex business challenges, improve operations, and support strategic priorities.
- Supports facilitation of process improvement efforts through assessment of current-state operations, identification of root causes, and development of future-state solutions and recommendations.
- Understands and supports project governance structures and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change, Business Administration, or related area, and 3-5 years relevant experience and/or equivalent experience/training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project proposals and project plans.
- Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, project planning, and implementation skills.
- Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize, and generalize based on information obtained.
- Ability to coach, facilitate, and influence individuals on client teams.
- Skilled in facilitation, relationship building, and consulting.
- Ability to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.
