About the role

A client support administrator is needed to provide exceptional customer service to clients. The role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Document client interactions and feedback
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
