About the role
A client support administrator is needed to provide exceptional customer service to clients. The role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Document client interactions and feedback
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
