About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle escalations and complex issues as necessary
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and best practices

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or technical support
