Duties And Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors and boarding facility
- Answering phones on a multi-line system and directing them appropriately
- Admitting patients into the hospital
- Providing client education
- Maintaining a professional environment
- Upholding company Core Values
- Loving on pets
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of client service experience is preferred
- Has basic knowledge of computers
- Able to maintain professionalism and provide top of the line customer service
- Able to answer a multi-line phone system
- LOVES pets
- Able to be a motivated learner (the medical field is ever changing)
- Understands the importance of teamwork
- Has emotional intelligence to provide empathy and compassion to clients during some of the happiest and hardest times in their life
- Previous experience in the vet field and Ezyvet Software experience is a plus but not required!
Physical Demands & Environment
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- This position requires both standing and sitting for long periods of time
Pay

Schedule
Schedule Hours range from 6:45am-6:30pm Monday - Friday and 6:45am-1pm SaturdayWeekends are required
