Client Services Representative - UVH

Duties And Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for multiple doctors and boarding facility
• Answering phones on a multi-line system and directing them appropriately
• Admitting patients into the hospital
• Providing client education
• Maintaining a professional environment
• Upholding company Core Values
• Loving on pets
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of client service experience is preferred
• Has basic knowledge of computers
• Able to maintain professionalism and provide top of the line customer service
• Able to answer a multi-line phone system
• LOVES pets
• Able to be a motivated learner (the medical field is ever changing)
• Understands the importance of teamwork
• Has emotional intelligence to provide empathy and compassion to clients during some of the happiest and hardest times in their life
• Previous experience in the vet field and Ezyvet Software experience is a plus but not required!

Physical Demands & Environment

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds
• This position requires both standing and sitting for long periods of time

Pay

Our employment package includes paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, pet care discounts, 401K with a true match up to 4%, and continuing education.

Schedule

Schedule Hours range from 6:45am-6:30pm Monday - Friday and 6:45am-1pm SaturdayWeekends are required
