About the role
You will be the first impression of our company. We are looking for positive, energetic applicants with excellent people skills. Experience in customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in for appointments and out after their visit
- Filling prescriptions
- Interacting with customers and pets
- Aiding technicians and doctors
- Animal restraint
- Customer service
- Keeping the clinic clean
Requirements
- Must be solution-oriented, accountable, and a direct and honest communicator
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and empathy and be able to multitask
Full-time or part-time positions are available.

Surface Creek Veterinary Center has been in operation since 2011. We are a fast-paced, high-quality veterinary hospital. We see large and small animals, including horses. We have a very upbeat team that seeks to provide the best, from the kennel techs all the way up to the doctors. We are not a discount, high-volume vet clinic.
