About the role
Countryside Animal Hospital is a small animal practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. The team prides itself on excellent client communication, strong attention to detail, and creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every visit. We're seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and front desk workflow
- Support client education and ensure clear communication
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized hospital
- Work collaboratively with the medical team to support patient care
- Schedule Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Schedule occasional Saturday mornings (rotation)
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and emergency situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office, email; AVImark a plus)
- Experience with payment processing and basic financial transactions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
