Key Responsibilities
- Multiline phone system management
- Email, text and voice-mail management
- Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff
- Appointment scheduling and management
- Excellent client communication
- Patient check in & check out
- Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients
- Client education & services
Qualifications
- Experience providing superb professional and personable client services
- A minimum of 1 year working in customer services is requested
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally
- Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
