  • Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff
  • Appointment scheduling and management
  • Excellent client communication
  • Patient check in & check out
  • Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients
  • Client education & services

Qualifications

  • Experience providing superb professional and personable client services
  • A minimum of 1 year working in customer services is requested
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally
  • Interpersonal skills working in a team environment
